The YMCA's traditional symbol is the inverted triangle which represents the organization's three principles. It was created in 1891 by Luther Halsey Gulick, Jr. The three principles are HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY MIND AND HEALTHY SPIRIT.

The logo for our club is shown above.   It  consists of a mortar board and a certificate within the YMCA triangle.

 

The large triangle stands for the trinity within the Godhead; That of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and represents the complete co-operation and unity between them trying to show the world the true way of life.

 

The second triangle stands for the trinity within man-that of the spirit, mind and body.
